In addition to the members listed below, an active Board of Directors and Advisory Board form the core of our strategic outlook and vision, which aims to continuously find ways to enhance our technology and customer service.

Koichiro Ikudome
Chairman/CEO and Founder

Mr. Ikudome possesses over 20 years of IT industry and business experience. He received a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1983. He worked for Nippon Steel for over 10 years and he also worked at Caltech as a researcher in Parallel Computing for 2 years. Mr. Ikudome was a board member of Parasoft Corp., in Monrovia, CA, a software company. He was the president of Infogy Inc., a technology consulting service firm whose customers included NASA-JPL, FBI, US-AIRFORCE, KPMG, Lockheed-Martin, Australia Submarine Corp, Ernst & Young, and NTT among others. He founded AuriQ Systems, Inc., 1997.

Dave Berkus
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Berkus is Chairman of the AuriQ Advisory Board and is acting CFO. Mr. Berkus possesses over 40 years as an entrepreneur, specializing in Fiscal business issues and has led 27 venture investments over the past 7 years as a Venture Capitalist. Dave was a pioneer in the mini-computer industry, guiding Computerized Lodging Systems through a decade of growth and two consecutive years on the Inc. 500 list of America's fastest growing companies. Dave has been inserted into the strategic position of CFO as he previously served with GamesSpy Industries. Dave was recently honored as "Director of the Year" (2000) by the Forum of Corporate Directors. Mr. Berkus also co-authored "Better Than Money," a book for software companies addressing rapid growth and serves a Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America.

Matthew Yeung
Chief Architect and Director of Technology

Mr. Yeung received a M.S. in Aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology. He founded and operated Avant Garde Software Technologies, a consulting firm, from 1991 to 1994. Matthew served at Infogy, Inc. in 1994, consulting for NASA-JPL and KPMG. When AuriQ Systems was founded in 1996, he worked to develop its key technologies, such as the automatic and user-specific data re-direction technology that currently has an International patent pending.
